Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus that cater to our guests' tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring that it is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all food handling and preparation practices meet local health and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: A certificate or diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
