Job Title: Tactical Security Guard

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tactical Security Guard to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and respond to potential security threats
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries and concerns from clients and employees
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid and CPR as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Valid Ontario G2 or G driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
