Microsoft D365 CE Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft D365 CE Senior Developer to join our team at Alithya. As a senior developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex business solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Solution Design and Implementation: Apply your technical expertise to design and implement business solutions that meet client requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and processes.
- Technical Leadership: Lead development teams and provide guidance on best practices and standards related to integration, data conversion, and product lifecycle management.
- Client Support and Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide proactive and preventative support to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Knowledge Capital Creation: Develop and maintain knowledge capital that can be leveraged to accelerate project delivery, improve product quality, and secure new engagements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a computer or technology-related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM implementation, application deployment, and/or distributed system implementation, including configuration of CRM features such as forms, workflows, plugins, business rules, record security, and business process flows.
- Agile Environment: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agile fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Technical Skills: Experience with one or more of the following: SharePoint, Office 365, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Analysis Services, data analysis, quality verification, and cleansing.
- Soft Skills: Cooperative spirit, creativity in designing intuitive applications, proven attention to detail, ability to work independently, excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, and self-motivation.
