About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Consultant to join our team at Thinkmax. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analysis and Documentation: Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and document the findings to ensure a clear understanding of the project requirements.
  2. Client Support: Provide support to clients in validating and understanding the analysis, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  3. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Functional Specifications: Communicate customer requirements to the development team and ensure that the solution meets the client's needs.
  5. Data Migration: Design and assist in the execution of data migration processes to ensure seamless integration with the new system.
  6. System Integration: Integrate existing systems with the Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 module to ensure a smooth transition.
  7. Testing and Quality Control: Conduct integrated testing and participate in quality control to ensure the integrity of the information.
  8. Implementation and Training: Ensure the smooth implementation of the solution and provide training to customers on the use of the system.
  9. Documentation and Support: Document the different solutions implemented and provide ongoing support to customers.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' experience in configuration, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365.
  3. Skills: Strong organizational skills, autonomy, leadership, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of MS Office.
  4. Language: Fluency in English and French is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
  5. Travel: May travel on a regular basis to Canada and the United States.
