Co-op Engineering Student Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated engineering student to join our dynamic teams in Municipal, Land Development, Structural, and Transportation Engineering.

This co-op opportunity offers flexible contract periods ranging from 4 to 16 months, starting in Winter 2024 or Spring 2025.

As a co-op student, you will assist in pre-engineering site surveys, design roads, rail, sewers, and municipal infrastructure projects, and provide office support during the construction stage.

You will also help prepare design drawings, assist with quantity calculations, and collect design background data.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in pre-engineering site surveys and inspections.
  2. Design municipal infrastructure projects.
  3. Prepare design drawings and calculations.
  4. Provide office support during construction.
  5. Assist with quantity calculations and tender documents.
Requirements:
  1. Currently enrolled as a third- or fourth-year student in the Civil Engineering program.
  2. Knowledge of AutoCAD/MicroStation/Civil3D/Revit is an asset.
  3. Superior communication skills in English.
  4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
