As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful launch of new products.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute product roadmaps to drive business growth and market leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product requirements are met and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development.
- Work with suppliers to negotiate technical requirements and ensure product quality.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.
- Manage product life cycles, including product launches, updates, and discontinuations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the energy storage or solar industry.
- Strong understanding of power electronics and battery technologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
