This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of a new platform for Business Banking. As a Financial Services Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes.

Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and updating credit data in the system of record, performing data backfill exercises, coordinating data repairs, and completing required testing. You will also respond to end-user escalations and coordinate with Technology for investigations.

In addition, you will prepare and execute Business Acceptance Testing for new features. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications of standard software packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update credit data in the system of record
  • Perform data backfill exercises
  • Coordinate data repairs and complete required testing
  • Respond to end-user escalations
  • Prepare and execute Business Acceptance Testing
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 100% bilingual Spanish/English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A business or financial background is preferred.
