About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at CUSTOM KART INC. as a Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Access Management: Provide secure access to computer networks for employees and ensure that all network connections are properly configured.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Regularly report on the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize system efficiency.
  • User Support: Respond promptly to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, providing technical assistance and guidance to resolve issues.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, ensuring that knowledge is shared and best practices are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support to ensure that team members are equipped to handle complex technical issues.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents effectively, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, and that users are informed of progress and outcomes.
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up and configure computer equipment for employee use, ensuring that all systems are properly installed and functioning correctly.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working effectively in a team environment to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
