Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst

At Custom Kart Inc., we are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new technologies and systems.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
