About the Role:
The Brand Ambassador - Experience is a key member of our team, responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and brand loyalty. As a Brand Ambassador, you will embody the warmth and hospitality of Canada Goose, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers. Your goal is to build meaningful relationships with customers, drive sales, and contribute to a positive and productive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a superior customer experience that reflects the warmth and hospitality of Canada Goose.
- Provide customers with expert product recommendations, leveraging your knowledge of our products to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Drive sales by achieving revenue targets, building brand loyalty, and collaborating with your team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Create meaningful and lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and advocacy through consistent outreach and communication.
- Engage and inspire customers through personal shopping appointments, product demonstrations, and other interactive experiences.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales trends, and customer preferences, using this information to inform your sales approach and drive results.
- Support the execution of all operating standards, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in all aspects of the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, with a strong understanding of luxury sales principles and practices.
- Previous experience working with luxury lifestyle brands in high-volume traffic locations, with a strong understanding of the Canadian market and consumer preferences.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Adaptable to the elements that may impact the overall customer experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service in all situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in another language is an asset.
