Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our products through our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Handling: Blend and flavor tea, receive and process warehouse stock products, replenish tea in stock areas, and perform quality control checks on all incoming shipments.
  2. Inventory Management: Use warehouse computer systems to process receiving of products, track inventory levels, and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  3. Logistics and Shipping: Track shipments via courier websites, liaise with suppliers, brokers, and carriers for imports, and complete necessary import paperwork.
  4. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep a clean and safe working environment, operate and maintain warehouse equipment, and maintain quality service standards.

Requirements:

  1. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  2. Computer Skills: Mandatory computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems.
  3. Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift at least 50lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Teamwork: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow direction, and desire to learn.
  5. Experience: Warehouse experience is mandatory, and experience or knowledge of tea is an asset.
