Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sixteen Nine Enterprises Inc. as a Sales and Operations Leader. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments by cheque, and sell merchandise to customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy loads.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
