Nous sommes à la recherche d'un coordonnateur marketing bilingue et talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe de Montréal. La personne retenue devra travailler avec la présidente pour l'élaboration des stratégies de notre commerce en ligne (Shopify) ainsi que pour les projets liés aux réseaux sociaux.

Responsabilités
  • Élaborer des plans stratégiques pour le Shopify de la marque et être en charge des stratégies et de la mise en place de contenu pour les réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google My Business, etc.).
  • Coordonner l'ensemble des activités quotidiennes, incluant les lancements de produits et les campagnes publicitaires.
  • Planifier et maintenir le calendrier de notre Shopify et de notre compte Klaviyo.
  • Créer et gérer différents calendriers de publication pour les différents canaux de réseaux sociaux.
  • Analyser les performances des plateformes et faire des recommandations selon les résultats.
  • Être en charge du montage du site web lors des nouveaux produits (lancements) ainsi que mesurer la performance de celui-ci de façon continue afin d'identifier les problèmes et apporter des solutions.
  • Créer et gérer différents calendriers de publications.
  • Être à l'affût des tendances sur les réseaux sociaux et proposer de nouveaux types de contenus.
  • Développer et entretenir des relations d'affaires avec des partenaires et des collaborateurs.
Compétences requises
  • Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français (orthographe et syntaxe).
  • Diplôme universitaire marketing, communication ou expérience équivalente.
  • Trois à cinq ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Connaissance approfondie de Shopify et Klaviyo, un atout.
  • Connaissance approfondie de tous les médias sociaux, un atout.
  • Expérience dans le domaine du commerce du détail et/ou mode, un atout.
  • Connaissances de Google Analytics ou autres outils d'analyse de performance.
  • Connaissances de base en référencement web SEO, un atout.
  • Expérience dans le domaine des accessoires, un atout.
  • Fait preuve d'initiative et de dévouement envers la marque.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon indépendante et à collaborer au sein d'une équipe.
  • Personne polyvalente, capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément tout en respectant les échéances.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à présenter clairement des idées au sein d'une équipe.
  • Personne axée sur les résultats, organisée et indépendante avec un fort esprit d'équipe.
  • Capacité à réfléchir de façon critique à son propre travail et à celui des autres, ainsi qu'à communiquer des commentaires constructifs et à proposer des solutions.
