Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with various cleaning and maintenance tasks in our urban facilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment
    • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, and upholstered furniture to prevent dust and dirt buildup
    • Make beds and change sheets to ensure guest comfort
    • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs
    • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment
    • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and safe space for guests
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide basic information on facilities and services to guests
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • General Tasks:
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
    • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure guests' belongings are returned safely

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Availability to work in urban areas, office buildings, and various locations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands
  • Excellent oral communication skills and attention to detail
