Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at JONATHAN MUNEZ, GENALYN MUNEZ.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various locations, including apartment complexes, office buildings, and private residences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Dust and polish surfaces, vacuum carpets, and empty trash containers.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom areas, including appliances and fixtures.
  • Handle lost and found items and provide basic information to customers.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands

The Housekeeping Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent pressure to meet deadlines. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting heavy loads, and performing repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
Benefits

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible hours and opportunities for professional growth.
