About the Role

Young Hee Lee is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Household Tasks: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Exercise and Mobility: Encourage and assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain physical mobility and independence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
