  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage the company's finances
  • Establish work schedules and ensure the sales team is working efficiently
  • Sell merchandise and ensure the sales floor is always stocked with the latest products
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters to help inform business decisions
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure the sales team has the products they need to succeed
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure the sales team is working together effectively
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales leadership role
  • 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35-40 hours of work per week
