Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at J & K Gas Bar Convenience Limited. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
- Operations Management: Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and establish work schedules.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week.
