Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Supplement World. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with the latest products.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
