**About the Role**

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a highly skilled Service Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects across the Government of Alberta (GoA). As a Service Designer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that are efficient, effective, and affordable.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct review and discovery activities to identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Prioritize and develop service design solutions that meet business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine service design concepts
  • Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems
  • Work with Agile methodology to deliver service design solutions

**Requirements**

  • Experience developing UX artifacts, including streamlined scenarios, storyboards, wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Experience working collaboratively as a Front End Designer in a cross-functional team to deliver product/assignment deliverables
  • Experience working as a Front End Designer on a project comparable in size and complexity to the service innovation, program review, and/or digital transformation projects contemplated by this SOW
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience building and maintaining component libraries/design systems
  • Experience working in a dedicated public sector central digital office (e.g. UK Government Digital Service; Ontario Digital Service; British Columbia Government Digital Experience, GoA Digital Innovation Office)
