**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Esso Reddi Mart. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
* Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions
* Prepare and submit reports to management on department performance and areas for improvement

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management

**Work Environment**

* Permanent position
* English language required
* 30 to 44 hours per week
