Job Title: Administrative Clerks Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Clerks Supervisor to join our team at Nickel Bros House Moving Ltd. in Canada.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Clerks Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of administrative clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train administrative clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Provide guidance and support to administrative clerks to resolve work problems and improve productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on administrative services and operations.
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to administrative clerks to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Project management and coordination of administrative services.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees.
  • Co-ordinate administrative services to ensure smooth operation of our business.
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work with minimal supervision to ensure the smooth operation of our administrative services.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
  • Manage events and projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage knowledge and information to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
