Conair Aerial Firefighting, a leader in wildland firefighting operations for over five decades, is seeking experienced pilots to join our team.

We offer a dynamic and supportive environment focused on safety, teamwork, and personal growth. As a pilot with Conair, you will play a critical role in protecting communities from wildfires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate specialized aircraft in wildland firefighting missions domestically and internationally.
  • Ensure safe, precise, and efficient flying in challenging conditions, including mountainous terrain.
  • Participate in regular training and adhere to all safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Canadian citizenship or the legal right to work in Canada.
  • Ability to obtain necessary work visas for international assignments.
  • Possess a valid Canadian Driver's License and Passport.
  • Commit to residing in Canada during the fire season.
  • Hold a valid Canadian ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).
  • Able to obtain a Canadian Category 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum of 2,000 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command experience.
  • At least 250 hours of flying in mountainous terrain.
  • Recent flying experience within the last 12 months.

Salary: Estimated $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
