Courtyard by Marriott Nanaimo British Columbia Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Nanaimo British Columbia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase our hotel's amenities and services
  • Manage and maintain customer databases and sales reports
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets and sales forecasts
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt sales processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
