Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at TEEMA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing the project plan for implementing the new TMS solution.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • With approximately 35 hours of work per week, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team and develop feasibility studies, business cases, and treasury board submissions.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing project charters, master project plans, providing risk analysis and risk management, and coordinating resources and contractors to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience as a Project Manager for IT projects within the last seven years.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent certification (e.g. CA, CMC, CMA, CGA, or CFA).
  • Preferrably, a PMI – Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
  • Strong communication skills to lead stakeholders from multiple groups with diverse interests to consensus on project scope, objectives, and responsibilities.
  • Experience in managing change requests/budget requests including cost estimates, schedules, resources required to deliver integrated solutions, deliverables, and inter-dependencies on other tasks/sub-projects/Ministries' projects.
