Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide clerical duties such as charting, data collection, and data entry, as well as word processing, filing, and photocopying.
- Clinical Support: Assist with hearing and vision screening, immunization clinics, and other clinical activities, including setting up and cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Supply Management: Maintain and distribute biological supplies, lab supplies, and pamphlets, and ensure refrigeration and transport temperatures are maintained.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, process orders, and receive, verify, document, distribute, and store shipments.
- Customer Service: Provide support to clients, including booking appointments, answering phones, and assembling and maintaining files.
- Technical Skills: Perform word processing and data entry functions using software applications such as Word, Excel, graphics, and databases.
- Education: Grade twelve, Medical Office Assistant Certificate, plus one year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively, work independently and in cooperation with others, and operate related equipment.
- Language: English (en-US)
