Job Summary
Humber River Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Nursing Resource Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in all Medical and Surgical Inpatient Units.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in Medical and Surgical Inpatient Units
- Work collaboratively with a variety of staff, patients, and families from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS certification or demonstrated competency
- Recent Medical and/or Surgical experience is mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
