Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Ash Grove Inn. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and provide a welcoming and attentive service.
- Housekeeping: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Support for Indigenous People: We offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, and provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
