About the Role

Precision Well Servicing is seeking a highly skilled HSE Field Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our assigned rigs and crews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a robust HSE management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Drive a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, promoting ownership and accountability among crew members.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with rig crews, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on HSE matters, ensuring that all employees are aware of and comply with relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the business to identify and address gaps in HSE performance, ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in HSE.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective HSE management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex HSE issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and environmental responsibility.
Working Conditions
  • 85% field-based, with 15% office-based work.
  • Working outdoors in various temperatures and elements.
  • Rotating on-call schedule.
