Job Summary

HSE Integrated is seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and dispatch functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatching
    • Coordinate the movement of equipment and personnel in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
    • Research and provide critical information on road conditions, weather, weight restrictions, and other hazards to personnel and equipment.
    • Troubleshoot incidents involving field personnel, including directions and equipment failures, in consultation with the Station Manager.
  • Personnel/Equipment Record Maintenance
    • Assist in reconciling and price-checking field work orders.
    • Collaborate with the identification and reporting of damaged equipment.
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all HSE Integrated's products and services.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment and personnel requirements for Air, Medical, Fire/Shower, Industrial, and Special Services.
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Previous dispatching experience is considered an asset.
    • Previous experience with Spira is considered an asset.
