Senior Railcar Repair Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Railcar Repair Operations Manager to lead our team of dedicated railcar repair technicians. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in leadership and experience in railcar repair operations, safety, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Review industry updates and communicate with employees on relevant information.
- Train and support employees to meet company and customer safety policies.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and job briefings with mobile repair teams.
- Provide insights to senior management on safe and quality repair operations.
- Collaborate with field employees and customers to identify improvements.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role involving railcar repair operations, safety, and training.
- Knowledge and experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) or railcar repair.
