Gus's Restaurant is seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team. As an Ethnic Food Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods. You will also train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
Work Environment

Gus's Restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
