  • Process client orders for services, equipment, supplies, oxygen, and pharmaceuticals
  • Manage direct client payments and issue billings
  • Maintain accurate documentation for third-party billing purposes
  • Address overdue account balances and negotiate payment plans
  • Resolve client concerns via phone, email, or in-person

**Requirements**

  • Post-secondary education in an administrative field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration and customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (GP or Pronto preferred)
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
