Job Title: Supervisor, Painters and Decorators

G&G Interior Renovation Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor, Painters and Decorators to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to supervise our painting and decorating team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the completion of painting and decorating projects, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of painters and decorators to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, ensuring budgetary compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and team performance.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in painting and decorating.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
Working Conditions:
