Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Clerk, Level 2 is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers for goods and services acquired for Shared Health operations. This role also involves providing information about payables and payments for reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of payables and payments, including tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a computerized accounting environment, with a focus on accounts payable.
  • Completion of high school education, with a diploma in Business or Accounting from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high-volume workload.
