Job Title: Administration Officer

Tread Globe Immigration Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Administration Officer will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Perform data entry and monitor and evaluate administrative processes.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment

The Administration Officer will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of experienced professionals.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work

The Administration Officer will work 30 to 40 hours per week.
