Automotive Customer Service Coordinator

AWSIN Group of Dealerships, a premier network of 24 luxury automobile dealerships and 3 state-of-the-art collision centres in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Automotive Customer Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient communication with callers, striving to minimize hold times.
- Taking detailed messages, including caller information and messages, for timely dissemination to relevant parties.
- Offering basic information to callers with general inquiries.
- Maintaining customer files and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Closing repair orders and obtaining written customer approval.
- Ensuring personal protective equipment use at all times when entering the shop.
- Performing administrative tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G driver's license.
- Clear driver's abstract.
- Experience working in a body shop.
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines, and completing assigned tasks.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with automotive functionalities.
- Proficiency in using Mitchell on Demand, Audatex, and MS Office.
- Clear telephone communication and professionalism.
- Ability to convey messages clearly and efficiently.
