Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Consultant to join our team in Montreal, North America. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and structuring Capgemini Invent's Risk and Finance advisory service offerings.
- Participate in identifying business opportunities on client accounts and organizing actions to convert them into proposals and deals.
- Be involved in the global firm management, including proposals, internal streams, articles, recruitment, and training.
- Understand and identify financial institutions' key challenges and opportunities regarding the constantly evolving regulatory and financial reporting context.
About You
An ideal candidate is motivated to deliver high-quality work, driving customer satisfaction. This person uses their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in Risk Management.
- Proven risk management/ERM expertise.
- Regulation expertise.
- Experience working with Quant teams or direct experience in building or working with modelling in pricing and/or risks management.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
