We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best possible protection of our customers' most valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer needs and promote products and services to provide innovative solutions.
  • Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions and provide expert advice.
  • Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • A real team player with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to juggle between different systems.
  • Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license.
