Sales Supervisor Job Description

At SPEEDY AUTO SERVICE, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate sales tasks to team members to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional sales support to customers, promoting our products and services effectively.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate accurate sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked and easily accessible.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
