The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling pickup and delivery of inbound/outbound freight, maintaining inventory controls, updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports on a routine basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in freight handling, possess a forklift license, and have worked in a customer-facing role within a warehousing, logistics, or transportation industry. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare shipping documents and enter shipping information into the Warehouse Management System
  • Complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
  • Schedule pickup and delivery of inbound/outbound freight
  • Maintain inventory controls and update spreadsheets
  • Prepare reports on a routine basis
  • Report any discrepancies and communicate with team members
Requirements:
  • Freight handling experience
  • Forklift license required
  • Previous customer service work experience within a warehousing, logistics, or transportation industry
  • High attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
  • Superior communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with online inventory management systems and willingness to cross-train in other departments
