We are a dynamic construction company seeking a skilled Site Supervisor and Labourer to join our team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations on-site.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. They will maintain a safe working environment, direct and manage labor force and subcontractors, inspect work quality, and communicate project progress to management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee site operations to ensure timely completion of projects
  2. Maintain a safe workplace environment and adhere to safety standards
  3. Direct and manage labor force and subcontractors to align with project specifications and timelines
  4. Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to project standards
  5. Communicate project progress to management and stakeholders
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a similar role as a Site Supervisor or Labourer
  2. Relevant certification or diploma in construction, engineering, or related field preferred
  3. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various sites as required
  4. Strong physical stature capable of withstanding long hours on feet in varying weather conditions
  5. Trustworthy with a proven track record of managing company resources responsibly
  6. Ambitious professional attitude, striving for continuous improvement and professional growth
  7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
  8. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail
