Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and process shipments, and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is facing and priced correctly.
- Operations: Process transactions, handle customer returns, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
This is a full-time position that requires standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 45 kg (100 lbs). A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel to off-site locations.
