Physiotherapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Nation Health Centre. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to restore movement and function, and manage pain.
  • Develop and implement exercise programs to improve range of motion, strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
  • Administer electrotherapy and educate clients on the use of mobility aids, assistive devices, and other equipment.
  • Care coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and maintain accurate patient records, and participate in care conferences and discharge planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario.
  • CPR certification.
  • ADP certification or willingness to become certified.
  • Strong physical assessment and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to best practices, quality, and client-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of clinical practice experience.
  • Experience with neuro and vestibular rehabilitation.
  • Bilingual (French and English) considered an asset.
