We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Healthcare Greeter Security Guard to join our team at one of our Winnipeg sites. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet visitors with a smile
  • Monitor site visitors, staff, and perform ID checks to maintain a secure environment
  • Respond to site emergencies and coordinate with security teams as needed
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or issues to site security
  • Complete incident and daily reports according to site requirements

Requirements:

  • Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Ability to stand for prolonged hours
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills
