Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Canning's Personal Care Home.

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
  • Participate in recreational activities and outings with patients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
