We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at CareGivers Inc.

Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Shop for food and household supplies
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Certificate of Conduct
  • Immunization records
  • Tuberculosis test
  • Vulnerable sector check
Work Environment:

The Home Support Worker will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, and may be required to travel to different locations.
