Kitchen Assistant Professional

At Alberta Inc., we're looking for a skilled Kitchen Helper to join our dining room service team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that dishes are washed and stored properly, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, and flatware in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Receive and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
- Participate in food preparation and presentation, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and communication.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change (if applicable).
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen environment with variable temperatures and humidity levels.
The estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $52,000 per year, based on location and experience. Benefits may include health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth.
