Job SummaryThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with food and wants to gain valuable experience in the kitchen industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, dishes, and other items.
- Food Preparation: Assist in preparing simple food items such as portioning and wrapping foods.
- Plate Up and Clear Tables: Set tables, clear tables, and assist with plating up food.
- Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
- General Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors as well as remove kitchen garbage and trash.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- No Degree Required: No degree, certificate, or diploma is necessary for this position.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
