About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at TOKEN STUDIO INC. as a key member of our creative department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual communications.
  • Project Management
    • Estimate and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of graphic designs and illustrations.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Production Coordination
    • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Subcontracting and Vendor Management
    • Coordinate subcontracting activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Visual Strategy and Planning
    • Determine the most effective medium and vehicle for communication, aligning with the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Art Direction and Guidance
    • Establish guidelines and standards for illustrators and photographers, ensuring consistency and quality in visual communications.
  • Design and Development
    • Prepare and develop sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, aligning with project requirements and brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as graphic design or visual communications.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in graphic design or a related field is an asset.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment
    • 30-40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
